I should have mentioned this before, but I use something instead of parchment paper. Parchment paper is not an item I regularly had in my home, it’s just something I never bought. If I came across a baking recipe that called for parchment paper, I would just choose a new one, I didn’t want the hassle. There was a recipe that I really wanted to try, and it called for parchment paper, so I finally bought some. Then I found the pretzel recipe, and we started going through the parchment paper like crazy. I found an alternative to the parchment paper, that will save me money in the long run.
