There is LOTS of items 50% off in the bedding department. I am guessing that you should be able to find some items at 75% off when they finally go down that low. If you are looking for bedding, the markdown day for that department is Thursday, so you will want to make sure to stop in on that day.

I also noticed that they started marking down lots of the dinnerware items to 30% off, so watch for those items to go down lower over the next month.

The school supplies are considered “seasonal” items, so they will eventually get marked down to 30 – 50 -75% off. Watch for them to get marked down soon!

MY SCENARIO

Suave Shampoo .89
Pretels 2.24
Soup 1.50
Chef Boyardee .84
Gel 1.45
Total = 6.92

Coupons used:
Suave .75
Gel 1.00
Preztel 1.00
Pretzel Target 1.00
soup 1.00
Soup Target .50
Chef Boyardee Target 1.00
total coupon = 6.25
Final Price = .67

I went to target today and was able to get a bag of goldfish, 2 bottles of the wishbone dressing, one can of the campbells soup, 4 packs of the hunts pudding, a gallon of milk, the yoplait spritz yougurt. a bottle of the vasiline lotion and two packs of bic mechanical penicils after coupons for $7.63, a savings of $14.18. So since Ihop is right next door and kids eat free all month, my four year old son and I had a nice dinner to end the day since he was so patient while shopping with coupons. My target didn’t have everything on sale that yours does so I’m holdhing onto some of the coupons because I know it will happen. LOL

Crystal – That sounds like a perfect day to me!

Bumbo seats were on clearance at our Target for $27.88. I’ve never seen them so inexpensive.
I was excited about the patio gazebo/canopy set that was 50% off for $69. They had about 50 of them on the shelves, so I am going to hold out and hope that I can get in at just the right time and get it for 75% off. Any clues from you on when that could be?
Thanks for your great blog! You’ve helped me so much! My husband has 73 cousins. Christmas has gotten a lot less expensive with your assistance! A million thanks!

I can’t seem to get the Target coupons to print any tips

I cannot seem to get Target to print my coupons after I install the program. Any ideas what I can do? I am eager to get the Target printable coupons. Thanks!

I am not tech savvy, so I may not be much help to those of you having problems printing the Target coupons. I know that after you install the program, there will be another thing that will pop up and you will need to “allow” it to print the coupons. Is that showing up for you?
You might also try using a different browser than you are using.
I have never had problems printing the Target coupons, so maybe there are others that can offer advice too.

I had problems printing with Safari, but then switched to Firefox (free to download) and have had no problems. Sometimes you need to just update your browser.

So I found a $1.00 off any Bagel Bites in Parents Magazine & Better Homes and Gardens Magazine, combine this with the $1.00 Target web coupon and the Bagel Bites which are on sale right now at Target for $2.24, came out to $.24 cents! I did this twice. :-) (ONLY GOOD TILL 8/28)

I can’t get the coupons to printer either, I even got a confirmation that said the coupons printed but they didn’t. I am using Firefox.

I went to my local Target in Baton Rouge, LA today, and found Levi’s blue jeans for men (nice, not cheesy) on clearance for $4.98. I used the $3 off jeans coupon, and got one pair for $1.98:) Almost ALL of the summer stuff was GONE. I did find some nice water bottles for $1.19 each. All of our swim stuff (like blow up pools, etc.) were still only 30% off. This store is the least shopped store. I did not make it to the more popular store in Baton Rouge. I may try to go tomorrow.
