Safeway.com has a great deal for new online customers. You can get $15 off your order, plus FREE delivery. You will need to enter the code FREE15 at checkout to receive the discount. There is a only a $50 minimum, which I think is a rather low minimum for delivery.
Safeway has several Buy One Get One FREE items online, and they will subtract your discount after your order has been placed, so you can easily get to the $50 minimum to qualify for the $15 off and FREE delivery.
