There is a lot of make-up on clearance at Target right now. You will will find some from all brands, if you find some made by Revlon you should be able to get a great deal when you stack the following 2 coupons:
$2/1 Revlon Target coupon (personal care/coupons.com)
$1/1 Revlon manufacturer coupon from 1/29 SmartSource insert
Make sure you check throughout the make-up department, because most of the clearance items I found are still in their regular spots they weren’t on an endcap. I did also find a small basket on an endcap with some clearance make-up, so you will probably want to check there too.
The markdown day for the make-up is on Friday, so we can expect these items to go lower either this Friday or next Friday.

Which Target is this at?
@Melissa These photos were taken at Kent, but the clearance is probably at all Targets. I have seen a nice selection of clearance at all of the Target stores I visit.
I think they are clearing things out to bring in the new spring/summer shades.
I found some Revlon nailpolish last night on sale for $2.27, which made it $0.27 for me with the $2 Target coupon. It would have been free with the SmartSource insert, too!
