Are those men’s ties or kid ties? My man needs ties . . . all his were his dad’s ties from a long time ago and I can’t seem to convince him there’s a difference between retro and just plain old.
@Julie These were men’s ties. They had 2 racks filled with ties marked down to only $3. I picked these up at the Southcenter, WA location, but you should find a nice assortment of clearance ties at any JCPenney.
I found them at Snohomish JCP too. Also, we have been using our Viggle rewards and cashing them in for JCP gift cards. My teens have accounts too thus allowing them to pick up some cheap items on Fridays too
I need to scrap up a man to put a tie on, dang!!
I never try to go to JcPenney. How does this sale work? Do you go only every Friday at certain time only? Please help.

The first and third Friday of each month is when the new markdowns happen for best price Friday.
When an item is marked down on a Friday sale do they leave it at that price or is it marked up again later. It seems like I saw some items for $2 on a Friday but went back to the store the next week and the price was much higher.
@Cindy It will stay at that price until is is sold, or until it gets marked down again when a new markdown day comes along.
If you see an item with a blue price tag, the price will never go up.
