2012 School Supply Price List (when to stock-up)

This year I will be listing the school supply deals a little differently, and I am super excited about it!   I think this will help you all get the best price on your back-to-school needs.   I have created a School Supply Price list in a Google Doc, so you can take it to the store with you when you shop.

Here’s the fun part!   Every week I will be highlighting deals from several stores that meet or beat these prices on the School Supply Price list.   So, you will KNOW you will be getting a great deal.

I highly recommend buying more than is suggested on your back-to-school shopping list, your kid’s supplies may need replenishing during the year.   Plus, school supplies (crayons, paints markers, etc) make great stocking stuffers.   Buying them now when they are low is the way to go!

These prices are generally the lowest you will find on these items, if you find sale prices this low, you should buy. Since prices vary from year to year, if you see a price that is slightly higher it may be worth picking up to save you time.

Many teachers request name brand items, so I have included a separate list for those items so you will know what those prices are compared to the generic items.

I also have included the price per item on things like glue sticks and erasers, so if the stock-up price is $ .10, you will know that a 3 ct pack at $ .30 is a great deal
