Last year we gave our son a Kindle Fire for Christmas, he was thrilled to finally have his own device to watch shows, play games and read books. I remember setting it up and then getting email after email of games that he had downloaded. I figured I should sit down with my son again and go over the fact that he can’t just be buying app after app without first talking to me. In reality what really happened was my 11 year old son sat me down and introduced to to Amazon Underground and their 3,000+ free apps and games that are “actually free”.
I love that with Amazon Underground I never worry about him downloading apps and games that will cost money. He has access to thousands of great games that are fun to play. There are no worries about paid upgrades, these games are 100% free. In addition to my youngest loving Amazon Underground, it turns out my college kids love it too.
In order to take advantage of these FREE apps and games you will want to download the Amazon Underground app onto your Android smartphone. To find the 100% FREE apps & games from Underground look for the “Actually Free” sash on them. If you are using an Amazon Kindle Fire just visit the Apps section and look for the Amazon Underground catalog and look for the games with the “Actually Free” sash and download to your hearts desire!
Finding the Amazon Underground games on his Kindle is super easy. He goes to the “Games” category and then swipes over to “Amazon Underground”
Before he downloads a game he double checks to make sure it is a free game by looking for the “Actually Free” sash and the $0.00 price tag.
You will have so much fun downloading and playing all the free games, to get you started, here are 10 games and apps we enjoy:
3. Heads up!
5. Fruit Ninja
8. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
I highly recommend checking out Monument Valley for sure, the graphics are gorgeous and the game is lots of fun too.
