I am always looking for new ways to cook ground beef and chicken. This recipe was a fun and different way to cook ground beef that my entire family loved. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
In medium size bowl mix together ground beef, bread crumbles, onion, fresh parsley, and all of the spices. Using your hands work the meat together combining all ingredients. Form patties that are oval in shape. Using a popsicle stick gently insert into the patty.
Using a grill pan coated with non-stick cooking spay. Add kabobs to frying pan and cook on medium heat until browned, flip and brown the other side. It should probably take 4-6 minutes on each side.
While kababs are cooking make yogurt dipping sauce, add all ingredients and whisk together. Place in individual serving bowls. Serve with two kabobs and dipping sauce. A fresh greek salad makes an excellent side. Enjoy!
