October is filled with all kinds of candy for Halloween. Here is a fun Halloween treat that is made with fruit. It’s festive and fun, all dressed up for fall. Your kids will love it!!
Candy Corn Fruit Cups:
- 1 22 oz can of pineapple chunks
- 1 15 0z can of canned mandarin oranges
- 1 can light whipped cream
- few candy corn for garnish
- yellow and orange sprinkles
This is a super simple and quick treat, first add pineapple chunks, then layer with mandarin oranges. Top off with light whipping cream. You can stop there or add sprinkles and one piece of candy corn on top. You can certainly use fresh fruit for these cups, but I love how the canned fruit it cut and ready to go. It makes is super easy to assemble.
The amount of fruit cups you can make will depend on the size of containers you use. My jars were 8 oz and I was able to make 4 fruit cups. Enjoy!
