Here is a simple recipe that is sure to please the whole family, Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole. You can even make this ahead of time and keep in your refrigerator until you are ready to cook.
1 (6 oz) pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 chicken thighs breasts, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 cups cooked, chopped ham
6-8 slices of thin Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Make stuffing as directed on package.
Mix the soup and mustard; add in the chicken, ham and broccoli.
Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray and add chicken/ham mixture.
Spoon prepared stuffing on top and finish off with slices of swiss cheese on top.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through. This recipes is seriously simple and it tastes great!
