Easy Slow Cooker Berry Cobbler that goes great with ice cream!
- 2 bags of mixed berries (16oz) – frozen
- 3 TBSP flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- box of cake mix (white or yellow)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- In bowl, add berries sugar, and flour. Stir together. Add to bottom of slow cooker. Add the boxed cake mix and sprinkle evenly over berries. Evenly distribute slices of butter on top of dry cake mix.
- Cook for 3 hours on high. Uncover and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Cook for 15 more minutes.
