Homemade Smoothie Push-Up Pops, a healthy treat kids will love!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cup strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 container of greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops of Show me the Whey Vanilla protein powder from PCC (This is my favorite! It has no bitter aftertaste)
  • Ice Pop Pouches

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add to individual push up pouches using a funnel.  Freeze for at least 2 hours.
