Homemade Smoothie Push-Up Pops, a healthy treat kids will love!
- 2 cup strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 2 container of greek yogurt
- 2 scoops of Show me the Whey Vanilla protein powder from PCC (This is my favorite! It has no bitter aftertaste)
- Ice Pop Pouches
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- Add to individual push up pouches using a funnel. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
