Strawberries are my favorite fruit and I love finding new ways to eat them with pretty much anything. Ice cream, chocolate, waffles, and now thanks to this Strawberry Salsa I can eat them with my chips. You will love this fresh and fruity take on salsa that is perfect for summer.
Strawberry Salsa

- 1 pint Strawberries diced
- 1 jalapeño (seeds removed and diced)
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 2/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice from one lime

This is a great combination of sweet and spicy. It’s great with tortillas or pita chips, or add it to a salad!
Add strawberries, jalapeño, onion, and cilantro, into a bowl and give it a toss.
Add the fresh lime juice, salt and pepper and toss again. Refrigerate for couple hours to allow the great flavors to come through. Enjoy!
