- 1 can pineapple chunks (juice and all)
- 2 oz of Torani coconut syrup
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 cup cran-raspberry juice
- 3 cups ice
First blend the can of pineapple (reserve a few chunks for garnish), 2 oz of coconut syrup, 2 cups of ice. Set aside.
In separate container blend 1 cup cran-raspberry juice, pint raspberries (reserve a few for garnish) and 1 cup ice.
Then simply add raspberry blend to glass 1/3 full. Then top off with pineapple blend.
